We work on what people do when no one is watching
Zub Zub Trust is a grassroots initiative based in Northeast India that focuses on what people do when no one is watching. Over the years, we observed a persistent pattern: places were cleaned and significant effort was invested, yet everything slowly returned to its original state.
We realized this didn’t happen because people lacked care, but because the underlying conditions remained unchanged. That is why our work goes beyond addressing the immediate problem; we dedicate ourselves to tackling the root causes that allow these challenges to resurface, ensuring that transformation is both deep-seated and lasting.
